I’ve used similar sites before, so I thought this one would be straightforward, but I found it kind of confusing to navigate. It took me longer than expected to figure out where things were.

It works fine overall, but I was kind of uneasy using it with my dog in the house. It’s hard to describe, but I just didn’t feel totally sure about letting him anywhere near the area, so I kept him away the whole time. That was a little annoying. I wish the pet safety info was clearer

I bought this Tomcat trap thinking it would be a quick, more humane option, but I’m not so sure now. It did catch the mouse, so I guess it technically worked, but it definitely didn’t seem instant. Maybe I didn’t set it up exactly right, or maybe my expectations were off, but I felt bad afterward. I thought it would be cleaner and less upsetting than it was. It works, I guess, just not quite the way I had hoped.

I got my order from tomcatbrand.com and the packaging was solid, like nothing fancy but it definitely did what it was supposed to do. The box showed up in good shape, not all dented or smashed like some deliveries I’ve gotten before, and everything inside was packed in there snug. I was a little worried there might be a leak or some random broken piece when I opened it, because that’s always in the back of my mind with stuff like this, but nope, everything was fine. Straightforward experience overall, but I appreciate when an order just shows up the way it should.

This Tomcat stuff did work well for us in the garage, so I’ll give it credit for that. That said, I’m not totally comfortable having it around with little kids in the house, you really have to be careful about where you place it and make sure it’s completely out of reach. Overall, it got the job done, but I’d only use it in spots where kids absolutely can’t get to it.

I figured this was probably one of those products that gets hyped up just to get people like me to buy it, but it actually worked. After about two nights, the mice were gone. I kept waiting to hear scratching again, thinking maybe it was some temporary trick, but so far, nothing

I picked up a couple of Tomcat products hoping they’d really take care of the problem, they did help a little. So I can’t say they did nothing. But at the same time, for what I paid, I expected a lot better results. I liked parts of it, but I also ended up having to buy other stuff afterward, which kind of defeated the purpose. Maybe it works great for smaller issues, but for me the value just wasn’t really there.

I used tomcatbrand.com to figure out which product I actually needed, i wasn’t expecting it to be that clear. But the instructions were easy to follow, and I didn’t have to wander around the site clicking a bunch of random pages to figure out what came next.
The steps for using the product were simple and made sense, even though I’d never used this kind of stuff before. I’m still not sure I’d call the whole thing amazing, but it worked out fine and I’d probably use the site again...

I had a small issue and support got back to me fast. They fixed it without any hassle, which was really nice. Super easy experiance overall.

I wanted a sensitive trap, so in that sense I guess it works, but this one is way too jumpy. It keeps snapping shut before the mouse even gets close, which is frustrating. I like the idea of it and it feels like it could work well, but right now it’s mostly just setting itself off.

I used this in my shed because the smell was getting so bad I was about ready to stop using the space altogether. To my surprise, it cleared out quickly and worked better than I expected. If it hadn’t helped, I probably would’ve moved on to trying something else, but for now I’m happy with it

I started noticing results in about 2 days, which was quicker than I expected. I did have to reset a couple of the traps, but overall it made a big difference fast.

I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the instructions could be a little clearer, but the product did what I needed it to do and didn’t take forever to work

I used the Tomcat trap out in the garage and, yeah, I was happy I didn’t have to deal with anything nasty. Just grabbed it, threw it out, and that was that. It worked like it was supposed to, no weird smell or mess left behind. I’d get it again

I put the Tomcat bait station outside for a few weeks during some rainy, cold nights, and I was kind of feeling pressured to get something set up fast before the weather made things worse. It stayed closed the whole time, and the bait inside didn’t turn into a soggy mess, which was my main concern.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the plastic did get dirty, especially around the edges, and it was a little annoying to clean. But overall, it still does the job and held up better than I expected.

I put this out in the garage and they were on it quickly. I thought it was going to solve the whole problem right away, well, maybe not that fast, but the bait definitely seemed to get their attention. I’d buy it again.

These traps are tough. I thought they’d wear out sooner, but they’re still doing the job after a few months or so
